What do you do when seniors can’t come to the zoo? You bring the Zoo to the seniors, of course!
Recently the Kansas City Zoo visited with seniors at John Knox Village a retirement community via video conferencing in a program arranged by Connected-4-Learning and Kaleidoscope Video Conferencing. The participants at the Village were asked to provide their input and ideas about how video conferencing could be used to bring in outside enrichment opportunities to seniors in communities such as John Knox Village.
